Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. Additional costs incurred by choosing a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal statement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to issue the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result.
You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days after stating your withdrawal. You will have met the deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of return.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their condition, characteristics and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This includes, in particular, opened, used or unsealed perfumes and decants.
